What is your Talent? Are you engaging yourself in something that you are naturally good at, or are you wasting time and money pursuing a path that would not be as productive or satisfactory? How do you find out about your Talent?

Using ProMytheUs, you can answer these questions within minutes and plan your life goals better! ProMytheUs is a Talent identification, mapping, and management platform, founded by two College of Wooster students, Vedica Jha and Gio Tramonto.

Mission & Goal

Our mission is to help individuals overcome current barriers that limit personal fulfillment. ProMytheUs is designed to level the playing field for everyone, regardless of socioeconomic class, geography, race, and gender. We believe everyone has a special Talent and we want everyone to have equal access to success. We want to provide individuals with information about their Talent and connect them to resources that will nurture their Talent.

To fulfill this mission, our goal is to establish and facilitate a Talent Ecosystem that connects resources and Talents. We want to help individuals maximize their potential holistically and financially. We want to provide educators with a tool for career counseling. We want to help employers boost workforce engagement by identifying the Talents of each employee. And, we want recruiters to be able to find Talents across various categories with ease.

Talent Identification and Scoring applications are already operating. Scouting with our technology is underway in India, Singapore, and the US. ProMytheUs can identify Talents within 26 categories in 3 minutes and can score the Talent in depth in 15-20 mins. In the future, our Artificial Intelligence will be able to generate a customised Talent Lifecycle Plan for each individual based on the scores generated by the system.

Our products provided are Talent Quotient (TQ), ProMytheUs score, and a Talent Lifecycle Plan. Our software will generate two Talent scores: the Talent Quotient (TQ) and the ProMytheUs Score. The TQ is a raw score of your Talent, strictly based on the ability to perform certain tasks. The ProMytheUs Score is an integrated score of TQ and IQ, EQ, Visualization, and Personality Traits. These aspects will be considered all in relation to the TQ – in other words, we want to know how they can support your abilities. The Third product, an AI-driven “Talent Lifecycle Plan” is in development.

All schools, colleges, headhunters, and corporations wanting to optimize their Human Resources would benefit from using ProMytheUs to identify and deploy Talent. Sadly, we see many talented people in underprivileged communities not having the resources to pursue their talents. ProMytheUs will help members of a community realize their true worth, pursue positive life goals based on their natural abilities, and have access to mentors as part of a Talent-nurturing Ecosystem.
